Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That notwithstanding any indications as to these matters which may have been given in the application, no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
