That the walls of the building shall be finished in dark stained timber horizontal weatherboarding within three months of the date of this permission. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That the existing hedge along the whole of the north east (Whitehall Lane) boundary shall be retained at a height of 1.5 metres and reinforced by additional hedge planting in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within one month of the date of this permission. Any additional planting shall be carried out by the end of November 1998 and any plants which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within five years of the date of this permission shall be replaced with a plant of a similar size and species. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
