wall shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of
materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the
development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows, external and internal
doors, means of ventilation and rainwater goods to be used on the listed
building has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local

or re-enacting that Order), no development within Classes A-E and G of
Part 1 and Class A of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried
out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the
Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That the brick wall proposed to be erected on the south-eastern (rear)

hereby permitted. The scheme shall be implemented as approved within
12 months of the commencement of the approved development and thereafter
be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme. In the event of any

destroyed within 5 years of the completion of the development, a new
tree or shrub or equivalent number of trees or shrubs, as the case may
