five years from the date of this consent.
 
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works shall not commence until a detailed specification for
the dismantling of the building has been submitted to and approved
in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the works shall be
carried out strictly in accordance with an approved specification.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
