Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the extension shall be occupied and used only in connection
with the occupation and use of the remainder of the building by
the Pig Breeders Supply Company for the manufacture of farm buildings
and equipment as specified in the application.
 
Reason: To comply with the Council's planning policies on employment.
