Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the materials used shall be in accordance with the approved samples. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
