That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences and the materials used shall be in accordance with the approved details and samples. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the windows shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the landing and bathroom windows in the western (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the extension shall not be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for four cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear; and such parking and turning space shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
