That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls of the garage shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the roof of the garage shall be covered with natural slates which shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. That the materials to be used for undertaking alterations to the roadside boundary wall in connection with the alterations to the vehicular access shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing roadside boundary wall. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, garage doors and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the windows, garage doors and external doors shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
