That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the garage shall not be demolished until a contract for the carrying out of works of redevelopment has been made and planning permission for those works has been granted. Reason: The demolition of the garage, without associated works of redevelopment, would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.
