Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained timber boarding. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the building shall not be occupied until the parking provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on drawing no. 09/244/1A; and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the office accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only by the occupant of Henley Rectory for purposes ancillary to the occupation and use of the Rectory. Reason: As the separate occupation and use of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and be detrimental to highway safety.
