Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 14th January 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the clubhouse and enclosure, having particular regard to the latter structure's size and height, would result in an intrusive form of development which would detract from the open rural character and landscape of the area. Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions of the approved Structure Plan for Oxfordshire, particularly policies EN1 and R3, and the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G5 and R1.
