Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors to be installed in the extensions hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within three months of the date of this permission; and the windows and external doors shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the windows and roof of the conservatory hereby permitted shall be constructed of timber and glass. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all means of ventilation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within three months of the date of this permission; and the means of ventilation shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
