approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within three
months of the date of this permission; and the materials used for
the external walls and roofs shall be in accordance with the approved
samples.

That a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish
of all windows and external doors to be installed in the extensions
hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the

permission; and the windows and external doors shall be installed in
accordance with the approved specification.
