Decision
Planning Permission on 20th November 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the all weather surface hereby permitted shall be used only for the riding of horses for the personal enjoyment of the occupiers of Cross Leys and shall not be used in connection with any trade or business whatsoever. Reason: A commercial riding establishment in this area would generate additional traffic which would be detrimental to the safety and convenience of users of the public highways in the Bix area.
