That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the building shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That any softwood weatherboarding approved pursuant to the requirements of condition 2 hereof shall be stained black prior to the first use of the building and shall thereafter be so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the stables, tack room and barn hereby approved shall only be used for the purposes specified in the application and shall not be used for any commercial or business purposes whatsoever. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to protect the character of the area.
