That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the walls shall be constructed in dark stained timber boarding, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rooflights to be inserted in the south western (side) and north eastern (side) elevations of the extension and existing house shall be inserted at a minimum cill height of 1.7m above finished floor level. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls of the development hereby approved facing north east or south west. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
