That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country
Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order
revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights serving
first or second floor rooms in the houses on plots 1,3,4,7,9,10,13,17,
20,21,22,24,26,27 and 28 shall be constructed other than those expressly
authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights shall be constructed
in the side elevations or roof slopes of the houses on plots 6 and 8
fronting onto plot 7.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That all first and second floor windows serving bathrooms, en-suites and
dressing rooms in the houses hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure
glass prior to the first occupation of each house, and shall thereafter
be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be
adapted for living purposes unless planning permission has first been
granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in
respect thereof.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That the design and siting of the houses on Areas 1 and 1A are the
only reserved matters covered by this approval.
Reason: For the avoidance of doubt, as other matters referred to in the
application will be dealt with during the discharge of conditions
attached to outline planning permission P95/S0769/O.
