Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the walls surrounding the swimming pool and the walls and roof of
the gazebo shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a
schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the
development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the existing beech trees identified on the plans hereby permitted
shall be protected to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority
whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a
scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority
and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important.
That the pile foundations for the gazebo shall be constructed in
accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the
development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the foundations do not prejudice the health of
the nearby beech tree.
