Decision
Planning Permission on 10th September 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls and roofs be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the horizontal timber boarding used to clad the walls of the building as shown on drawing 719-13 shall be stained black prior to the first use or occupation of the building and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north elevation of the building other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed at Sheephouse Stud or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her, or a widow or widower of such a person. Reason: As the dwelling would lack adequate parking and private amenity space. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
