That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south eastern elevation of the side wall of the existing house. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls of the development hereby approved facing south east or north west. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the bathroom window to be inserted in the north western elevation of the side wall of the existing dwelling shall be glazed in obscure glass and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the rooflights on the north-western and south eastern elevations of the extension, shall have a minimum cill height of 1.7 metres above finished floor level. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
