Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved a detailed specification of the window, louvres, stallriser, fascia and external door shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the window, louvre, stallriser, fascia and external door shall be installed in accordance with an approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.
