Planning Permission on 8th October 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That within three months of the date of this permission the roof shall be treated with a cement wash and cow dung mixture to promote early weathering. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings. That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as may otherwise be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the expiry of the period specified. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
