five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and

provide protection for the building against the weather during the
progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
That samples of the materials to be used for the new walling,

That, prior to the first use of the extensions, the exposed part of the
existing wall at the southern end of the site shall be made good in
accordance with a detailed scheme which shall first have been
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure a satisfactory appearance.
That no works shall take place until a detailed record/implementation
of a scheme of recording of the listed boundary wall has been secured.
This must be carried out by an archaeological/building recording
consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of
investigation which shall first have been submitted to and agreed in
writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the wall is of historic and architectural importance.
