Decision
Planning Permission on 11th July 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the brickwork shall be of the same colour, type and texture as
that used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be
occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation
and use of the existing property Hunters, Goffs Hill, Crays Pond
as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not
be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent
an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in
inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights shall be constructed
in any elevation or roofslope of the building as extended other than
those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
