Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the plain clay tiles to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the details given in the application the extent of the flint to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of development, and such flint shall be of the same colour, type and texture as that used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
