Planning Permission on 1st August 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the en-suite shower room window and high level bathroom window to be
inserted in the north-eastern elevation of the two storey rear extension
shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the
extension and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That no extension shall be occupied until space has been laid out
within the site for three cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn
so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear; and such
parking and turning space shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the
north eastern and south western elevations of the extension hereby
permitted other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
