Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date thereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Secton 91(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure the materials are compatible with the surrounding development.
