That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows or other openings shall be constructed in the elevations of the extension facing north-east towards 18 Watcombe Road and south-west facing towards 14 Watcombe Road other than than those expressly authorised by this permisson. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the bathroom window to be inserted in the first floor of the south- west elevation of the dwelling shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the extension hereby permitted and thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied until car parking for three vehicles has been constructed, surfaced and laid out in accordance with a plan which shall have previously been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and such provision shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
