That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. The scheme shall be implemented as approved within 12 months of the commencement of the approved development and thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme. In the event of any of the trees or shrubs so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within 5 years of the completion of the development, a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of trees or shrubs, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To help assimilate the development into its surroundings. That the swimming pool extension hereby permiited shall not be used or occupied until the parking provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out as shown on drawing no. 9653.019B; and such parking shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the swimming pool extension hereby permitted shall be used and occupied only in connection with and ancillary to the use and occupation of the existing building as a Health and Fitness Club, and shall not be used or occupied separately therefrom.
