Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls of the extensions and the roof the two storey extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed at first floor level in the elevations of the two-storey extension facing north-west towards 11 Sedgefield Close and south-east facing towards 15 Sedgefield Close other than that expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the high level first floor bedroom window to be inserted in the south-eastern (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall have a minimum internal cill height of 1.8 metres above finished first floor level and shall thereafter be so retained. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
