Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the area to be used for the consumption of hot or cold food and drink on the premises shall be limited to the area edged in red on the attached plan only, and the remaining floorspace shall not be used for such purposes whatsoever. Reason: To protect the retail function of the primary shopping frontage of Hart Street in accordance with the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan policy S3.
