The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in complete accordance with the approved plans and details, except as modified by conditions of this permission and unless otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority in writing. Reason: To ensure a suitable form of development and in the interests of visual amenity. The regrading of the outer slope of the bund as described in paragraph 4.3 of the approved supporting statement shall be carried out within 3 months of the date of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity. The approved planting shall be carried out and protected with shrub shelters and spiral guards in the first planting season (November to February) following regrading of the material in accordance with condition 2, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To give the approved planting the best possible chance of survival. In the event of the failure of any trees or shrubs planted, such trees or shrubs shall be replaced in the next planting season (November to February) for the life of the associated recycling works and aftercare period (permission no: P91/S0681/CM) with others of similar size and species, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure as far as possible, maintenance of the approved planting scheme in the interests of visual amenity. Undersowing of the area of tree planting shall be carried out with a mix of Sheep's fescue (Festuca Ovina) and Red fescue (Festuca rubra - sub species - commutata) only. Reason: To help prevent potential for soil erosion.
