That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the first floor window in the north-western (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls of the development hereby approved facing north-west towards 32 Damer Gardens and south-east towards 30 Damer Gardens other than that window expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development does not lead to a loss of privacy.
