That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities. That if within 10 years of the date hereof the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
