Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the close proximity of the building to the
residential properties at Butlers Pond, the proposed use would
generate additional activity, noise, smell and disturbance, all of
which would be detrimental to the residential amenities of the
occupants of those properties.  As such, the proposal would be
contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan, particularly policies G7 and E6.
