Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the fence running from point A to B shall comprise 1.2 metre high
close boarded interwoven fence panels stained either dark brown or
black. The fencing shall thereafter be retained as such, unless the
Local Planning Authority otherwise agrees in writing.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and
to protect the setting of the list buildings.
That, notwithstanding the details contained in the application, the
fence running from point C to D shall comprise 1.2 metre high soft wood
treated posts with stained plain wire between them.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and
to protect the setting of the listed buildings.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent to
demolish any part of the wall, the applicant shall take such steps
and carry out such works as shall, during the progress of the works
permitted by this consent, secure the safety and stability of that part
of the wall which is to be retained.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
That the exposed surfaces of the wall shall be made good as specified
in the application.
Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the wall and
setting of Willow Cottage and New Farm House as listed buildings.
