Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
siting, type and design of the ventilation details has been submitted to
and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority;  and the
ventilation details shall be provided in accordance with the approved
specification.
