Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north-
western (side) and south-eastern (side) elevations of the extension other
than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the first-floor en-suite bathroom window in the south-eastern (side)
elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in
obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the extension and shall
thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the extension shall not be occupied until space has been laid out
within the site for 3 cars to be parked and such parking space shall be
retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
