That the proposal involves the erection of an additional self contained
dwelling on the site in a manner which would result in a cramped form
of development and an overdevelopment of the site. It would fail to
provide adequate standards of privacy and amenity for the occupiers of
the existing and proposed dwellings and would also fail to provide
adequate provision for the parking and turning of vehicles. The
development would, therefore, be contrary to the provisions of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies
H4 and G11.
