Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the buildings hereby permitted shall only be used for the purposes
specified in the application, for storage, stabling and garaging for the
personal enjoyment of the occupiers of The Howe, and shall not be used
for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local
amenities.
That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained
timber boarding.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, prior to the commencement of the development, details of the surface
treatment of the hardstanding shall be submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the hardstanding shall be
surfaced in accordance with the approved scheme.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That no development shall commence until all existing stables, out-
buildings, sheds, garages, workshops and stores on the site of the
buildings hereby permitted have been demolished and the materials
therefrom removed from the land.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
