That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights, external doors including garage doors, rain water goods and roof ventilation has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage building hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the occupants of Headlams Well and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever or be occupied as a separate unit of accommodation Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, to protect local amenities and as the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
