Decision
Planning Permission on 21st March 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights, external
doors including garage doors, rain water goods and roof ventilation has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garage building hereby permitted shall be used only for
purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the occupants of Headlams Well
and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever
or be occupied as a separate unit of accommodation
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, to protect local
amenities and as the separate occupation of the accommodation
would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and
result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
