Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 7th May 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to its excessive size and bulk, to its inappropriate details of design and to the location of the site adjacent to the Pyrton conservation area, the proposed dwelling would result in an incongruous form of development which would detract from the character and amenity of this part of the village of Pyrton. The development would therefore be contrary to the provisions of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G8 and H5.
Appeal
No appeal lodged.
