That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the extension be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the land outside the building shall only be used for recreational activities directly related to the use of the building as a Gymnastics Club, such as pre-session training runs and warming up and down, and shall not be used for any other form of recreational activity or entertainment. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the use of the gymnasium for classes shall cease by 9.30pm each evening, and the building shall not be used for any purpose after 10.30pm. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That club/county competitions shall be held on no more than 5 occasions in each calendar year. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
