Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the excessive size, height and bulk of the
proposed additional buildings, the proposed retention of Chilterns End
and erection of six large dwellings would result in an overdevelopment of
the site which would detract from the character and amenity of the
site and the local area.  Therefore, the development would be contrary
to the provisions of the Council's approved South Oxfordshire Local
Plan, particularly policies G8 and H4.
