Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the plinth walls of the conservatory
shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the
existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the external frame of the conservatory shall be constructed from
white painted timber and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the existing hedge along the whole of the western (roadside) boundary
of the land shall be retained and properly maintained at a height of not
less than 1.5 metres; any hedge plants which within a period of 5 years
from the completion of the development die, are removed or become
seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting
season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local
Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
