That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the premises shall be used only for a fitness studio and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class D2) of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivalent to that class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. The premises shall be used at no time other than Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 a.m and 8.00 p.m., Saturday between the hours of 8.00 a.m. amd 6.00 p.m. and Sunday between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 1 p.m. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
