Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That no development shall be carried out on the site unless an application
for planning permission in that behalf is first submitted to and approved
by the Local Planning Authority, and this condition shall apply
notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General
Permitted Development) Order 1995.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That the windows or doors shall be painted dark brown or black and
thereafter retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the two car parking spaces indicated on the plan submitted with
the application shall be provided and thereafter retained.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
No development shall commence until details of an outdoor amenity area
have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority. That area shall be provided in accordance with the approved
details before the occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
