That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the existing hedges and trees along the northern and western
boundaries of the site shall be retained and maintained.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not incongruous.
That details of the proposed tree planting along the western boundary
of the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority. The tree planting shall be undertaken within the
first planting season following the completion of the development, and
if any of the trees so planted die, they shall be replaced with a tree
of a similar species.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
