Decision
Planning Permission on 22nd April 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That no development shall take place until details of the size and external appearance of the mobile home have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That at the expiration of three years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment. That at the expiration of a period of three years from the date of this permission, the building shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submited to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any further application can be decided on this assessment. That the occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person wholly employed, or last employed, locally in agriculture, as defined by Section 366 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or in forestry, or a dependant of such a person residing with him but including a widow or widower of such a person. Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on agricultural grounds.
