The Development hereby permitted shall be for a period expiring on 31 January 2000 on or before which date the use of the building shall be discontinued permanently and the site shall be restored to a clean and tidy condition unless the prior consent of the local planning authority has been obtained in writing for a further period of use. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to assess the impact of the proposed development. The development shall be carried out solely in accordance with the details submitted with the application as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the local planning authority in writing. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the approved plans and details. Unless otherwise agreed by the local planning authority in writing and the exception of necessary works rising from emergency situations, the lorry shall not enter or leave the site, and operations shall not take place other than between 0700 and 1800 hours, Monday to Friday and 0700 to 1300 hours on Saturdays. No such operations or lorry movements shall take place at any time on Sundays, bank holidays and Saturdays immediately following bank holidays. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the area. No storage of recycled materials shall take place outside the building. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and the proper functioning of the site. No storage of waste material shall take place outside the building. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and the proper functioning of the site. No storage of skips shall take place outside the building except when they are empty and within the area indicated on approved plan no. C/173/DLG/01 and to a height not exceeding 2 metres. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and the proper functioning of the site. Only one lorry shall access the site. The operator shall identify to the local planning authority in writing the lorry permitted to access the site before the use commences. Reason: In the interests of highway safety. No floodlighting shall be erected on site without the prior approval of the local planning authority in writing. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of nearby properties. The construction of the drainage system shall be carried out in accordance with details submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the development commences. Reason: To prevent pollution of the water environment. No retail sales be made from the site. Reason: In the interests of highway safety. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General 1 Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as amended or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), the exterior of the building hereby approved shall not be painted other than in such colours as shall be agreed by the local planning authority in writing. Reason: In the interests of the amenity and character of the Area of Great Landscape value (AGLV).
