Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the timber boarding shall be dark stained and retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage block hereby approved shall be used only for the garaging of private vehicles, as outlined in the Agent's letter dated 24 November 1997 and shall not be used for any trade or business. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That no rooflights shall be added to the building hereby approved without the prior approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
